On October 13, 2023, a tower test was conducted on the 220KV transmission tower.

In the morning, after several hours of hard work by technicians, the 220KV transmission tower test was successfully completed. This tower type is the heaviest among the 220KV transmission towers tested this year. The weight of the tower is determined based on local wind speeds and geological conditions. A heavier tower can increase its resistance to wind and seismic forces, reduce the need for maintenance and repairs, and increase its long-term reliability and service life.

To ensure transmission tower safety, stability and performance as well as customer satisfaction, tower testing is performed prior to installation.
